About Me

Hello and welcome to my class! I am really excited to be your instructor for the coming term.

Its great to get the opportunity to teach at my Alma Mater, Saugus High School. This is the high school I attend and graduated, Class of 1996. I would not want to teach anywhere else. I love being a Centurion and I hope students will be blessed with the same great experiences I had here during my high school years.

Here's a little history about me. Shortly, after graduating High School, I became an Emergency Medical Technician and raced around in an ambulance all over the Santa Clarita and Antelope Valley's for nearly six years. This was an amazing career that got me through college and still enjoy keeping up on those skills today.

I earned my Bachelors Degree from California State University, Northridge in 2002 in Communication Studies. Not until then did I really fall in love with learning. The challenges of college is something I truly hope every one of my students can experiences and grow from.

After college I had the great opportunity to work selling one of my favorite things, Apple Computers. This was a great time, but the corporate world was just not fulfilling enough. I decided try to pass on my thirst for knowledge and ventured into the tumultuous waters of education.

I earned my teaching credential and Masters Degree in Education from the University of La Verne in 2005.

When I'm not teaching (or grading essays) I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and son. Being a native of the Cornhusker state, I love watching University of Nebraska football (Gooooooo Big Red!) during the fall.

I can't wait to get to know all of you, and hope we have an exciting time learning!
