Please note that an "m" in the grading spreadsheet means that an assignment is missing for some reason. All work - even if missing due to an absence - needs to be completed. The grade will reflect a zero until the work is completed. If an assignment is missing due to an absence, the student will be given an appropriate amount of time to complete the work with no penalty. Late work is accepted in this class. The penalty for late work, however, is that the score will be 63% (a D grade).
