Class Description: Accelerated Spanish for heritage speakers is taught as a college preparatory course. This accelerated course will be taught in Spanish. The first year of Spanish, taught in Spanish 1, is covered in the fall semester. The second year of Spanish, taught in Spanish II, is taught in the spring semester. It will only count as one year of world language. This course will teach/improve skills in grammar, reading, and writing winch heritage speakers of Spanish need to master before advancing to Spanish III. This course will review proper vocabulary also.
