Chemistry is a year long college-preparatory science class which is designed to meet the “A-F” requirement of the University of California, and which promotes interest in Chemistry through laboratory inquiry and investigation. Learning will take place through lectures, reading the textbook, interactive computer programs, videos, laboratory experiments, research projects, high interest reading articles, investigating relevant internet sites, homework, quizzes, and tests.
