Student Educational Plan Assignment

An educational plan is a chart that records which classes you intend to take during the time that you will attend COC, and it includes your academic goals. Visit the Counseling Department web site for information on how to obtain an appointment to complete a Student Educational Plan. Allow 4 weeks for an appointment from the time that you contact them. Counselors are very busy, so please be patient and polite.  Please let counseling know that you are a student in English 081 and that you need a four-semester plan.  A one-semester plan will not be accepted for extra credit.  A photocopy (not the original) of your educational plan is due on the day of your final. If you have already completed an educational plan during a previous semester or in another class, simply bring a copy of it to your final; you do not need to obtain a second educational plan. If you lost an educational plan that you completed previously, contact the Counseling Department for an appointment to get another one.
